Notice of Copyright Infringement
Hostify will respond to specific notices of copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Chikara2 may expeditiously remove copyright-infringing materials from its Website upon receipt of a notice that complies with the DMCA's requirements.
If you believe content hosted on the Website infringes upon your copyright rights, please follow these steps:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a specific list of such works and their locations on the Website.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, along with information sufficient to locate it on the Website.
- Contact information (address, phone number, email address).
- A statement of good faith belief that the material's use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury, the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe content has been removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material removed and its location on the Website.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction in a federal district court and acceptance of service of process.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Hostify may restore the removed content.
